Giving back to the communities we serve is in our DNA

Growing up, Owner and Chairman of the Board, Jon Volpe, was a "Club Kid" at the Boys and Girls Club of Tucson. The staff and volunteers had a powerful impact on his life. They pushed him to pursue his dreams of going to Stanford and playing professional football. He attributes his personal and professional success to the help he received from the club and other mentors, and for inspiring his commitment to do the same for others.

Enabling successful home ownership is just one part of what we do. We continually strive to help build and support healthy, vibrant communities. It's essential to our employee culture and the core values behind why we're here.

For 21 years, our annual holiday toy giveaway has helped ensure children in the Tucson community receive a holiday gift. It has evolved into the largest private toy donation event in Tucson. For many of these children, toys from this event may be the only holiday gifts they receive.

Education Exchange Powered by NOVA

NOVA offers continuing education courses to real estate agents to help them better understand and solve issues related to their business. Most of the proceeds generated from these courses are donated by each region to local charities of their choice.

The NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl

In 2015, NOVA Home Loans brought college football bowl games back to Tucson with the NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl. From 2015 to 2019, with NOVA as the title sponsor, 100% of the games' proceeds were donated to charities.

Branch Giving

NOVA loan officers and branch offices are active participants in their communities, sponsoring a wide variety of youth sports teams, leagues, cultural and art events, and much more.
